Sizing & Fit
How does the bracelet fit?
Our bracelets are designed to sit comfortably on the wrist with an elegant drape — close to the skin, never tight. Our paperclip-chain bracelet measures 17 cm with a 5 cm extender chain, so it adjusts to fit most wrists, and our snake-cord (tubogas) bracelet is one size at approximately 18 cm. If you're ever between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an easy, everyday fit.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper you can mark and measure) snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Add about 1.5-2 cm for a comfortable fit. That final number is your ideal bracelet length.
What if my bracelet is too big or too small?
Our chain styles include an adjustable extender so you can fine-tune the fit. If your piece still doesn't fit, reach out within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange. We want every Habiba piece to feel like it was made for you.
The Charms
How big are the charms?
Each charm is crafted to be dainty yet meaningful — approximately 10-14 mm depending on the design — small enough to layer beautifully on a single bracelet, detailed enough to be noticed.
How many charms can I add to one bracelet?
You can style up to 5 charms on a single bracelet. Many of our customers begin with one to three meaningful charms and grow their collection over time — adding a new piece to mark a milestone, a name, a prayer, or a loved one.
How do the charms attach to the bracelet?
Each charm clips securely onto the bracelet via its built-in clasp, so you can add, remove, and rearrange them whenever you like. Your bracelet is yours to restyle as often as you wish.
Can I add more charms later?
Yes. Habiba bracelets are built to grow with you. You can purchase charms on their own at any time and add them to a bracelet you already own.
Can I buy charms separately?
Yes — charms are available individually as well as in sets, so you can build and refresh your bracelet whenever inspiration strikes.
What do the Arabic charms mean?
Each calligraphy charm carries a meaning close to the heart:
- الله — Allah (God)
- نور — Nūr (light)
- ماما — Māmā (mom)
- شكر — Shukr (gratitude)
- صبر — Ṣabr (patience)
- توكل — Tawakkul (trust in God)
- هلال — Hilāl (crescent moon)
- خمسة / Hamsa — the protective hand, "khamsa"
Materials & Care
What are Habiba pieces made of?
Our pieces are crafted from 18k gold-plated stainless steel for lasting shine, strength, and everyday wear.
Are Habiba pieces waterproof?
Our pieces are water-resistant and made to withstand everyday wear, but to protect the gold finish and the stones we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, apply your fragrance before putting your jewelry on, and store your pieces dry in the pouch provided.
Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
With proper care, your Habiba pieces are made to resist tarnishing and keep their shine. Following the care tips above is the best way to keep them looking new.
Are the gemstones real?
Our pieces feature sparkling cubic zirconia and crystal accents set in a rich gold finish, chosen to shine brilliantly while keeping our pieces accessible and easy to wear every day.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic / nickel-free?
Yes — our pieces are nickel-free and gentle on sensitive skin, so you can wear them with confidence all day.
Orders, Shipping & Packaging
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and internationally, including the GCC. Wherever you are, your Habiba piece will reach you beautifully packaged.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery in 5-10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Will my order come gift-ready?
Every Habiba piece arrives in our signature gift packaging, ready to gift or to treasure for yourself. You can add a personal gift note at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry. Email us at support@habibacharms.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Can I return a personalized or custom piece?
Personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale, as they're created just for you.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — your piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.
