How to start a return or exchange
Email us at support@habibacharms.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a return or an exchange. We'll reply with simple instructions to get it sorted.
What qualifies
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn, sellable condition with their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return; we'll let you know if anything in your order is affected.
Refund timing
- Once your return arrives at our facility, we process it within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it. If your order arrived faulty or wrong, email us right away and we'll make it right.
